Our church is unique in our downtown urban setting ... we are 2 blocks south of George Brown College, the St. James campus and within walking distance of Ryerson, OCAD and just 8-10min walk to the subway. If you're a student in Toronto's core, CITC is a safe place to meet up with others in the downtown where you can be yourself and belong to a church away from home. We provide opportunities to serve in our neighbourhood or volunteer within CITC in the St. Lawrence community with kids, music or other community initiatives. We also open our doors to interns looking for placement.
Join us and other college/university students as well as others who have finished school and are starting their careers. We want to provide a place for young adults in Toronto to express their faith and to share the good news.
WHAT WE DO: The first week of the month we meet with the Youth Group on Fridays at 7pm for a worship experience that ties generations together and builds strong relationships in Christ. Every other week we will be meeting on Tuesdays at 7 PM for Bible Study! There are also other outreach events and social events that will occur at different times throughout the year!
Sunday @ 10am is where the whole Church body gathers together and we encourage all the young adults to sit together and can even go out for lunch after!
